I know they were around in medevil times and all but like my friend said they lived around the same timeperiod as dinosaurs (before the meteor hit Earth). How would they be around during medevil times (AFTER THE ******* METEOR) wtf it makes no sense!!!

Here's the problem, your assuming that both events happened in the same timeline.

Yes a meteor hit earth of large mass but they may not have been what have killed the dinosaurs. It could have been the ice age, which is something that dragons may or may not have survived due to long hibernation cycles.

Or another theory is that dragons were dinosaurs and the dinosaurs were actually killed out in the medieval ages. Keep in mind the word dinosaur didn't come about until much later.

So dragons may have just been the word they used instead of dinosaur.

Game of Thrones is not a documentary. It's complete fiction.

This is a perfect example of bad parenting right here, because your mom was supposed to tell you that long ago.

<it makes no sense!> You're absolutely right.
.
<When did Dragons become extinct?> Things that never existed in the first place can't become extinct. You need to distinguish between what is reality and what is fantasy.

If dragons ever did exist, they would have gone extinct 65 million years ago with the rest of the large reptiles (dinosaurs). Dragons did not exist in medieval times. They were strictly allegories used by the church to represent evil.

Dragons were likely to be Pterodactyls.

Dragons can fly, so they flew to a safe place to avoid the meteor, but when they came back in medieval times, King Arthur killed them all, so that's how they went extinct

"Science and dinosaurs became acquainted around 1815 through a gentleman named William Buckland. Buckland had acquired some large fossil bones from Stonefield quarries near Oxford, England. Buckland recognized these bones as belonging to what appeared to be a lizard of enormous size. He named his find Megalosaurus which means "Great Lizard." According to his calculations, the animal must have exceeded forty feet in length and weighed as much as a large elephant."
Right, that's dinosaurs coming to public attention considerably before the internet.
Dragons sadly never existed and weren't very like dinosaurs.
There you go.

Dragons are not real. They are fiction.

They were hunted into extinction the same way several other species have been. Why is that a surprise?

Dragons never existed, alas if that were only true of trolls.

For one thing dinosaurs are bull ****. Before the media and the internet, no one ever said anything about dinosaurs. Makes sense, based on how there wasn't technology that would help finding such thing out, but I won't believe in Dinosaurs simply because they have told me so.

As for your dragon thing, there's not exactly much proof to back them up or to prove them fake...

Actually there is NO proof to prove them fake, since the fact that you "haven't seen one" is an excuse of a retard.
