What is the ultimate budget gaming build?

Not everything has to be new, although i would like to purchase them wholesale or through amazon (not craigslist etc), and looking for something that could play CSGO or minecraft at around 720p high or 1080p low. Budget is probably around 250$, but the lower, the better. something closer to 150$ would be even better, even if it means sacraficing power.

No chance, not on that budget. You need at least $400-$500.

Ya, you're not gonna find a computer for that price, maybe an old laptop... but that would be terrible for gaming.

You might need a slightly bigger budget.
