So i have a dell optiplex 745. Im considering adding a sapphire radeon R7 250. Dont know if the computers new enough, if the motherboard could handle, or whatnot. Please let me know, thanks!
更新1:

Keep in mind, when i say i love to fix up old computers, i dont usually mean this old. The card and comptuer are from around the same time era, but still not sure if they will work. Thanks! (PS my specific one has 4GB of DDR2 ram)

更新2:

After doing more research, i realized they are not from the same time-era, however i still think they will be compatable.

It would work but It isn't really economic to upgrade such machines, they have a dated single or dual core CPUs, minimal RAM, minimal power supply outputs - max 305W but may be less depending on whether this a mini tower, desktop or SFF case, (the USFF case cannot be upgraded). The R7 250 is only slightly better than integrated GPUs so your gaming experience won't improve much.

Trouble with older MOBO's is that they aren't built to handle a lot of RAM. A good gaming machine is loaded to the teeth with RAM!
