i stepped on a rusty saw then washed my foot with soap and water since we dont have any disinfectant
it didnt cut the skin but its still worrying
will i die?

Do you have money to buy rubbing alcohol? If you scrubbed it well, then you should be at a very low risk of getting infection. If you do so happen to get an infection, go to a doctor. It's always good to catch it early so it doesn't spread
