While the nose reaches its adult shape by about age 10, it grows until ages 17 to 19 in men and to ages 15 to 17 in women. While some people have the perception that noses grow in older age, the cause is gravity. The appearance or perception that the nose continues to grow after adulthood comes from the combined effects of gravity and the breakdown of elastin and collagen in the skin. The major result is that the tip of the nose starts to droop, but other effects of gravity can be seen in falling eyelids, lengthened ear lobes and varicose veins.

I think it grows on an average rate; if you really want to you can get plastic surgery to make your nose accentuated.
