i have extreme anxiety and didn't get any sleep at all last night, I'm kind of going through a rough time right now dealing with my anxiety and on top of that my boyfriend broke up with me a couple days ago. I'm being so paranoid and I'm so tired but can't relax my mind enough to fall asleep because I'm overthinking about everything ( thinking about life, death, my relationship, and basically everything there is to think about ) my eyes r hard to keep open at this point but I'm too paranoid to sleep.
Try to relax and meditate if it helps. Eat chocolate as it has ingredients which should make you happy. If it is legal for you, marijuana might help calm you down.
