For the most part, no; you cannot sue a woman for making her own medical decisions.

It has always seemed odd to me that a woman who has 100% of the decision making process for carrying a baby to term, only has 50% of the financial obligation. I do not think that a woman should be able to indebt a man as a result of her decision.

No. If you didnt want a child, then you should have abstained from sex or kept it wrapped. When you chose to have unprotected sex, you took the chance of a resulting baby.
And actually she has grounds to sue YOU for child support. Which she will win, as courts have decided that the child is entitled to financial support from both parents.

Nope and even if you say you don't want anything to do with the child watch when she sues you to get money for the baby you didn't want in the first place. I always wear protection not matter what the woman "says" she has.

No because it's her choice.if she want's the child you cannot do anything. And if you don't help to pay for the child you can be charged with child neglect. and that will be on your record. you do NOT have a say in whether someone YOU impregnated, gets an abortion. you CHOSE to have unprotected sex, it's NOT your choice, it's the womans choice.
