you give no real facts

If you were born in the US, you ARE American, and you could not be deported. All other facts that you stated are irrelevant.

Those born in US would be native-born citizens & not deportable. Immigration-law violators - illegal aliens - must depart or be deported. Legal immigrants, IF they commit crimes, can lose their green cards & be deported.
