How to get wood floor shiny?

Use a swiffer wet jet.

Wash it

Apply floor polish and buff it dry with a soft cloth.

If you go to bed bath and beyond it has this liquid that makes wooden floors shiny. It's almost like a shiny coating for you're wooden floor. Just be sure to test it out on an unnoticeable area first. It's in a red-pink plastic bottle. Also make sure the floor is completely clean. It kind of seals everything in once it dries.
