If I fell on my knee would it be broken?

I mean hypothetically speaking obviously if I, a 112 pound teenage girl, fell on my somewhat averagely (is that a word?) dense knee during a conflict resolution exercise then twisted it would it be significantly injured? This is all totally hypothetical. Its not. Im sorry.
