Wow. How is it that 8 hours ago you were 12 1/2 and were 'thinking you're pregnant.' (And already have a bump.) And now, 8 hours later, you've aged 6 months and done a pregnancy test?

you should tell them. you are only 13. omg. whatever happen ,you are scared or not, tell them. they know better what you should do.

You can tell your parents even though you're scared. You can make that choice.
