Is it bad that I tried getting Pokemon Sun and Moon before release?

You can't just walk into the store and buy it right now people who have the game either work at a game shop and stole it or have some1 working there who stole one and gave it to them. Just walking up to a guy and trying to buy it or bribe him to give it to you aint gonna work. And its also illegal
