Is going vegan worth it?

I went vegetarian two months ago and i have slowly cut out milk/cheese and now i am almost a vegan as I don't eat eggs.
I do eat lots of fruits and vegetables and i know I get protein for that but I get extra protein and vitamin b12 from eggs too...is it worth going fully vegan?

If you are against the exploitation, oppression, and slaughter of billions of animals each year, then yeah, I'd say it's worth it to stop supporting such things.

depends on what you mean by being "worth it". What exactly do you feel will change if you do go vegan?

To me, making a decision like that should be based on your own knowledge, opinions and beliefs, not on the views of strangers. I'm not a vegan but I don't think I'm being biased by saying I can't possibly see how going vegan can be "worth it" unless it's 100% your own decision. Therefore, to me, no.

If you are a vegetarian and you don't consume milk, cheese or eggs then there will be fairly few non-vegan foods in your diet, so the change isn't going to be huge.

I can't see how you, "get extra protein and vitamin b12 from eggs..." if you don't eat eggs.

no.

No- you have to work so much harder and eat so much more to get all the stuff you need out of food.

Whatever makes you happy

YES.
You will feel proud of yourself. You will feel good about yourself. You will no longer be contributing to the suffering of animals. You will feel more love inside you. You will wonder why you didn't become vegan years ago.

I think it's worth it! Sorry for just spamming you with videos, but they're short and I think they'll convey more information than I can by typing it. They're about how eggs aren't actually healthy, and how you will get enough protein without them. Besides that, just take a B12 supplement.

My first reaction is to say, "if you have to ask, then no".
But that may not be fair. At least you are considering it and asking the question. So maybe you just need some more information. but i'm not sure what more information you might need. Maybe go watch one of the fine documentaries on the subject, or read a book, or come back and ask a specific question.
There are three main reasons to go vegan. Most do it for the animals but some do it for the environment. and then there are others who are health conscious. If you main motivations are health, then no. Its easier to be a strict vegetarian. but if your motivation is for the animals then the answer is probably yes.
