It needs to be durible easy and something that takes wonderful pictures and videos can carry it around and it wont be anytrouble

What you are looking for is a GoPro. It's light, easy, and compact. It's very durable waterproof and takes great footage! And has some awesome accessories!

Whatever you're most comfortable with. I recommend a hardy one that's shockproof and waterproof like this one.

GoPro would be a horrible choice due to the massive amount of wide-angle distortion created by the fisheye lens.
You don't mention anything about a budget. The digital cameras that are small & compact that have the best video performance are those from Sony and Panasonic.
If you want a point-and-shoot, then take a look at the Panasonic GX series and the Sony RX100 of which there are four or five versions.

The GoPro would probably be a good choice, it's very durable and can be used underwater. Although it is a bit pricey you can always look for alternative action cameras.
