Why do people who didn't vote feel that they have a right to complain about Donald trumps win?

I agree: anyone who doesn't vote has no right to complain about our government.
Probably the same people complaining about low paying jobs who have never worked...
That's the very reason he won. The Hillary voters didn't bother to vote because they figured she'd probably win anyway.
If we are complaining in the first place, why would we vote for someone we are complaining about. We non voters were given the right not to vote here in America, and I am a proud non-voter.
