Lincoln comes in as #1
Reagan for some reason is #15
FDR is #2

Abe Lincoln is #1 with FDR and Washington essentially tying for the top rank.
Assuming we're to rank FDR up there with Mount Rushmore, that makes up the top five.
Ronald Reagan was a successful and extraordinarily consequential governor and 40th president.
On my personal list Reagan ranks #9. Truman, Eisenhower and Kennedy were exemplary presidents who just edge out Reagan for near-great status and high achievement.
