我香港人(26歲男),我女朋友台灣人,我地打算結婚之後我去台灣同佢一齊定居台灣. 那我可以結婚後不入籍台灣,但可有居留嗎?

The answer is practically no.
Per existing Taiwan law, Hong Kong residents are considered as a Taiwanese citizen in principal. But they can't reside in Taiwan until certain conditions are met.
That means once you have settled in Taiwan for certain time, it is only a matter of procedures that you become a Taiwanese.

用"依親"做理由，申請可停留超過 180日的「居留簽證」。
