I CANT FIND MY CAT PLEASE HELP URGENT!! :,(((?

Is he neutered? Unneutered males wander far, and often don't come back. Have you called your local shelters asking if a cat matching his description has been brought in? Shelters only hold cats for 3-5 days (called the stray hold law) and after that they are offered for adoption or euthanized. You do not have much time here. Have you gone door to door asking the neighbors if they have seen him? Have you looked under the shrubs, decks, on the side of the road looking for his body? He may have been hit by a car, or poisoned, or mauled by a dog, or taken by a predator like a coyote. Have you put up lost cat posters? Is he microchipped, so that the shelter can call you if he is turned in there? You need to be out actively looking for him, not shaking food and hoping he comes back. If you are lucky enough to find him alive, get him neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped and keep him inside. If you can't do that, then at least bring him indoors at night when he is in more danger from cars and predators. Indoor/outdoor cats often don't last long. Love does not keep cats safe from danger.

My cat once disappeared for 5 days and she came back. Sometimes they just like to go away for a while. I say wait 2 more days and if you don't see him then go looking around the neighborhood for him. You could also go check the animal shelter to see if someone picked him up and took him there. If you still don't find him, you could put up missing cat posters with a picture and your phone number around your neighborhood. It also helps if you add a reward. If you still don't find him after a week then he's probably gone, but I think there's still hope for now. Good luck! :)

look for lot and found pet sites for your area on the internet and give them a photo and details of your cat... speak to all the local vets and all the local animal rescues so they know he is missing... you can also register him as a missing pet with your local police department, maybe speak to the local paper so they can run an article: it would make a good story for them to sell papers with... put up posters, get kids at your school helping you look, is the cat castrated? ('cause if not he could have found a mate)...
