Ok I'm 12 and I want a xbox one but I don't have money whats the easyer way to make like 400 bucks

that is going to take a lot of work but im sure if you can earn enough your parents might even help you out with some cash. Some easy ways i would say is cleaning someones house and/or babysitting, if it doesn't snow you could wash cars. I also read that a supposed popular one is swagbucks

Offer to shovel driveways or maybe even offer to do some house cleaning (you can get decent money off that). Just remember earning money isn't always going to be fun, so you might have to find a job you're not really happy with. Just depends how much you really want the money.

Im maybe a bit late but my cousin bought phones and sold them for higher price after a bit of work , he made like £420 off of it

Xbox One ain't gonna cost that much anyway unless you're throwing in a few games with it.
A Xbox One is like 275 bucks and games run on average 60.00$. You're 12... I don't know what jobs what take a 12 year old kid in. It would be easier if you were 14. Maybe do choirs around the house, rake some yards, and things like that. Save up all your money of course.

make a deal with your parents. if you can get jobs shoveling snow, or other yard work if you live in warm environment in the winter, or other chores. and, if you continue to get good grades in school, see if they will cover the cost for a console / games.
with the holiday season approaching, there are already good deals and bundles out now if you look around online.

If you live somewhere that it snows you could shovel people's driveways this winter. Babysitting is also a viable option. Being so young your options are pretty much limited to chores.

Rake leaves for your neighbors. My son made $40 from raking a neighbors yard. It will take a little bit to earn enough money, but is be willing to bet the Xbox one will go on sale during the holiday shopping season.
