car cooling problem?

well my car radiator fan doesn t kick when it gets hot even in the red zone but when i switch on my a/c both fan run at low speed and my engine doesn t overheat.my question is can i drive with my a/c on all the time to prevent my engine from overheating,will it damage the compressor or something???

If I where you (Which im not) I would take off the front Bumper. Exposing the radiator allowing air to hit it. Leaving the AC on will not do anything to your car unless it is on maximum forever

the electrical thing that connects to your cooling fan is probably faulty, maybe the circuit inside it.

Sounds like a bad coolant temperature switch, which is cheap and easy to fix. Do that.

Running the A/C is better than letting the engine overheat.

Why not just get the fan fixed? It's not that difficult. The job has to be done right sooner later so you may as well do it right first time.

No it wont hurt the compressor. But it will cut into you gas mileage. Be best to get fans fixed. So they run when car warms up.like there suppose to.

The reason the radiator fan doesn't turn on is that there is air in the cooling system. Fix the leak and bleed the air out.
