The Green Arrow v. Hawkeye Showdown! Who will be victorious?

Most likely Hawkeye. They're nearly the same but if you compare one another, hawkeye is better trained and a bit quicker. No bias.

Green Arrow

Green Arrow would win, his skills come from pure survival, live/death situations, his hand-2-hand, melee skills weren't taught by heroes, but by killers, basically everything about Green Arrow is just a little more serious, and a little more edged towards the kill.

Hawkeye started out at the Carnival, his fighting skills were taught by Cap, he excells at them, but they're all more showcase pursuits, than about getting the job done.
