So, I haven't defecated in 10 days, and didn't really seek a doctor because I've always been having gastrointernal and constipation problems long term (of course, not as bad as 10 days, so I kind brushed it off). Without realizing, it's already 10 days since I defecated. Sure, not entirely AT ALL, but very little of waste 2 times, and other times are severely constipated.
I tried drinking prune juice yesterday, approx an hour later I defecated, a normal amount. But considering I took 1 and a half glass of prune juice, I should've defecated WAY MORE than that, because usually, I would have severe diarrhea from drinking as much as 1 and a half juice.
Today, the doctor prescribed me Fleet Enema, I used it just now, and I know waiting longer to hold the Fleet Enema in is better, but I couldn't go for more than 5 minutes, however, literally only A BIT came out.
It's been several hours since I used the Fleet Enema and also drank a glass of prune juice. I'm still constipated. I feel very weak, tired, lightheaded, having cold and hot flashes.
Should I just wait for awhile for the Fleet Enema to work and stuff? Or visit the doctor again? I also have a long term acid reflux problem.
Just to add it up, I recently just recovered from a very short term eating disorder (bulimic type and anorexia symptoms, severe fasting), and I recently went on surgery of my nasal polyps (so perhaps anesthethics, medication is cause of trigger?). What should I do, now?
