Eevees & Pikachus are completely different species of pokémon... they're even different battle types.


Eevees are highly flexible in terms of evolution, but the closest evolution you'll get is a Jolteon (being an eletric pokémon)... but it'll never become a Pikachu.

That's not how it works.

If your referring to Jolteon u have to use a thunder stone on eevee.
