Molar mass of C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁ = (12.0×12 + 1.0×22 + 16.0×11) g/mol = 342.0 g/mol
Molar mass of CO₂ = (12.0 + 16.0×2) g/mol = 44.0 g/mol

C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁ + 12O₂ → 12CO₂ + 11H₂O
OR: Mole ratio C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁ : CO₂ = 1 : 12

No. of moles of C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁ used = (697.10 g) / (342.0 g/mol) = 2.038 mol
No. of moles of CO₂ produced = (2.038 mol) × 12 = 24.46 mol
Mass of CO₂ produced = (24.46 mol) × (44.0 g/mol) = 1076 g
