No full meals.. just snacks, varying in types of food group.

Will I lose weight that way?

Nope. You will still be fat

If your calorie intake is lower than the calories your body uses, you will lose weight. If the calorie intake is too low, that weight will consist of muscle, water, and fat. Since the desire is most likely to lose only excess fat, make sure your calorie intake is at a healthy level for fat loss, not super low.

No need to eat only 'snacks', unless you plan to eat a whole bunch of them (7 - 8 assuming they are at least 200 calories each).

The best way to lose fat is to adopt a healthy eating lifestyle, and to be active (exercise). You can lose fat and keep it off that way, without depriving your body of the nutrition it needs or forcing yourself to go hungry for the sake of seeing the number on the scales drop (and have it drop due to losing something other than fat).

Yes you would if you do some exercise. Try a little weight lifting as well. Especially if you are a woman. It will make you feel better and look hotter. It never looks bad. Weight lifting I do a lot of them. I am doing it because the more you build muscle the more fat lose. Plus eating 6 small meals a day is better than 3 large buffets. Drink a lot of water. a glass for every hour you are up. Also keep water cold and refrigerated. Running is good as well.
