You don't even need the choices, simply use your brain.
The molecule H₂O has twice the amount of hydrogen than oxygen. Since both hydrogen and oxygen come as gases with 2 atoms each (H₂ and O₂) you'll need twice as many molecules of hydrogen than oxygen.
Therefore the left side will look like:
2 H₂ + O₂
The right side should be fairly easy to figure out. The full equation therefore is:
2 H₂ + O₂ -> 2 H₂O
