It was a nametag on a virtual item i got, but it got me a bit curious, I tried google translate but it didnt make much sense.

It's a Latin saying literally meaning ''You are teaching an eagle to fly', that should be understood as 'you are wasting your time'.

It means "You teach the eagle to fly."

Aquilam = eagle (accusative case)
volare = to fly
doces = you teach
