Will the determinant of a matrix with zeros in diagonal always be zero even after row operations?
I'm solving some exercises related to determinants of matrices and I came across this matrix which by default had all diagonal entries equal to 0.
So should I perform row operations on it to check if it the diagonal becomes non-zero in upper/lower triangular form or does this automatically prove that the determinant will be zero no matter what?

I have run this through several different sets of row and column operations. All give factors of 36 times an identity matrix.
