The answer is possibly yes.
A foreign court order for name change can be used in Hong Kong only when the certified copy of the court order has been properly authenticated.
Without the authentication, the Immigration Department needs not to consider the validity of the document.

可以；但有新名字的身份證號碼，是與舊身份證一樣的不能更改，而出世紙的原始資料亦不能更改，入境處是不會查問申請人改名原因的。
