Is having my house at 10 degrees celsius all year around Cold -?
First things first: I know it sounds cold but get this if you live where it is hot most of the time (like me i live in Australia) you would have an average year of 20 to 40 degrees and the coldest it got where i live was -1 like really? it didn't even snow and people where cursing for the weather to be over 20, anyway -
Lets say you live in it all year around, at first it would be cold, right? you would shiver but after a week you would be fine and adapt towards it and find it quite nice and not cold, what do you think?

"but after a week you would be fine and adapt towards it"
No.
We are warm-blooded aniamsl, and use body activity to rgulate our temperatures. WHen it gets cold outside, we use more energy to keep our inside warm.
IF it gets TOO cold, we start to shiver to make more heat.
We DO NOT adapt to cold temperatures.
If I kept my home at 10c I would be sleeping in the dog house. My house average is 20c all year round either with central air or heat
That would work only if you wore heavy warm clothes all the time. The human body just is never going to get comfortable with temperatures below 17, next to the skin. Even that would take many months to get used to it. 10 degrees is never going to be comfortable.
