Are you implying that they actually do this?? Do you think they would just do that for FUN? They don't monitor everybody's phone calls...

Unless you are a serious major drug dealer that the police have been following; they would be wasting a lot of time...

But, as for your question that answer would be NO WAY.

ARE YOU OK with GOVERNMENT MONITORING ALL your phone calls and sending to POLICE?
What country you talkin about > Russia, China, Cuba, NK ... I don't live in a country that MONITORS ALL PHONE CALLS nor do I do anything I have to hide or worry about > more the problem would be corrupt govts / politicians monitoring phone calls > like Russia, China, Cuba... NK, LOL !
2016-10-31 11:43 pm
Do you think the government has time to send every single recorded phone call to the police and do you think the police have the time to listen to every phone call they receive? They have better things to do than just that. That would be a major time consuming thing to do.
2016-10-30 7:05 pm
No, it's an outrage, and they're saving that in case they ever need to character assassinate someone. Note, this was done under a "liberal" president.
2016-11-01 2:35 am
honestly it shouldn't really happen because its an invasion of personal privacy between the person calling and the person answering but on the other hand people are prank calling more often then usual these days and its terrible but I think im not ok with the government monitoring all of my phone calls and sending to the police
2016-10-31 5:14 pm
As I understand all the news reports about the U.S gov't. spying on the people, they do not actually monitor all phone calls and emails.
The software is programmed to respond to certain words or phrases and then record them for later review by someone.
Later reports say that all are recorded and kept on file indefinitely and may later be used to bild a case against a person.
IF you bother to read the U.S. Constitution, you would see that the gov't. is prohibited from spying on U.S. citizens, but with the war on terrorism, the gov't. is ignoring the Constitution and the courts are allowing it.

If a Demotard is president, the left insists upon it.
2016-10-30 7:14 pm
Are you OK with government making your reproductive choices?
2016-11-01 4:59 pm
The government wouldn't be crazy enough to monitor all those phones, there would be too many people to pay. Unless someone requested that you be monitored, they wouldn't care.

But I don't really call anyone besides my school so there is nothing to report lol.
2016-10-31 9:48 am
I doubt anyone would really want that, but there wouldn't be much one could do about it. I don't think our gov't has time or resources (or cause) to monitor everyone 24/7.
2016-10-31 7:38 am
I mean, it is an invasion of privacy. But honestly, I could care less if they monitor my calls. I'm not doing anything wrong. I have nothing to worry about.
2016-10-31 5:32 am

Yes, I have no dirty laundry.
2016-10-30 9:49 pm
No
2016-10-30 7:30 pm
NEGATIVE ! !
2016-11-03 4:36 am
Ever read the book 1984...check it out and my answer is NO.
2016-11-02 1:20 am
If they're okay with being bored out of their minds.
2016-11-01 2:10 pm
Sure, why not? I'm not that interesting - they'd get bored just listening! And besides, I've never done anything remotely illegal.
2016-11-01 10:30 am
Yes, you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.
2016-11-01 7:53 am
Yes and No. Sure it's invasion of my privacy, but, we can't afford another "9/11" scenario.
2016-11-01 12:21 am
If they have a warrant because they think you are a criminal it's fine. They can monitor mine all they want. I have nothing to hid. Do you?
2016-10-31 10:54 pm
I am not okay with Gov't eliminating (through technology) intellectual property rights, privacy rights, freedom of (non-surveilled) assembly. These incursions against Constitutional rights and freedoms were not ever placed before American voters, but were perpetrated against us by the lackeys of the 1%, i.e., American Greedy Business Fascists.
2016-10-31 10:52 pm
If I were in situation that the gov't needed to listen to my phone calls, it would normal for it to be done
but since I don't and the gov't is not going to hire a body to listen to my phone calls your point is really moot
2016-10-31 8:01 pm
I have nothing to hide, but would rather my tax dollars be spent more wisely.
2016-10-31 5:46 am
I guess I'm ok. I have nothing to hide. If the NSA wants to bore the hell out of themselves go ahead and listen to my phone calls. Hell, I don't care if they know where I'm meeting up with my girl for some "stress therapy"..
2016-10-31 2:07 am
no im not
2016-10-31 1:04 am
I don't like if it leads to self censor not good for democracy
2016-10-30 11:34 pm
no, im not okay with it, i like my privacy
2016-10-30 7:49 pm
No
2016-10-31 12:28 am
Wait. If trump gets in office this will happen. You will be his subject.
2016-10-30 7:06 pm
we cant call without being spied on and audited
2016-10-30 7:05 pm
no, no privacy. dating and sex conversations and family is very personal
2016-10-30 7:05 pm
Meh, I personally don't really care, I don't really talk about anything important over phone calls.
2016-10-31 10:22 am
I have no problem with that at all.

If I have something to say (pass on) to a friend or family member which I do not want anyone else to see, read or know about. I send it in an encrypted format.

Example:
wduZh5y6hhkXyIWRmHXLTQwtpAzT0xI4pVso+l7Va3HetLY6RW4VSJsqt1UDxt8b5bIKBTDdx+wJ
wY6FSNqhnL3m4r83dhU1sYTsVAAwc/xnRgKNnS1mHsFYQz1lhdEu5vvMIJ2SNsTD3TGJaSHBoR61

zdbceBKgY1PRfSPEH7oW/masqpCR2iqoRll5ypOt63rnfkNHkw==

Anyone wishing to decrypt the above is going to find it extremely difficult to impossible. It might take months. And when they've finally decrypted it, this is what they see.

Decrypted
If I have something to say (pass on) to a friend or family member which I do not want anyone else to see, read or know about. I send it in an encrypted format.

Or it might just be a shopping list including such as toothpaste and soup not forgetting a bar of soap and etc.

But even these words can be 'code' for something else 'toothpaste' = meet me at 4pm usual place
"soap" = join me at the basket ball game 6pm - usual place.

and so forth.

My partner and me use coded words in our text messages (SMS) - you can arrange to do exactly the same. Words such as - meet me at the station 4pm = see you at home at 4pm.

Here's how to create passwords you'll easily remember.

First, create a sentence you can remember - something relating to yourself.

I died my hair bright orange 3 times last week and then again on the 1st of april this year.

Now take the first letter and number from each of the words in the above sentence to create your p/w
idmhbo3tlwataot1oaty

Of course you can make up any group of words you like even including an address - but not your own at home

Nooooope!
2016-11-02 3:29 pm
No, it is personal space invasion which is against law. Even if it is government they should not do it.
2016-11-02 3:21 pm
hell no thats bullshit wtf government
參考: i work for the NSA
2016-11-02 2:29 pm
It's just not feasible for any governmental agency to monitor 'All' phone calls.
2016-11-02 12:09 pm
Like the Police have the resources, time or motivation to monitor everyone's phone calls.
2016-11-02 3:00 am
Not really lol
2016-11-02 2:45 am
No, I am not interested in the Orwellian 1984 prophecy.
2016-11-02 2:10 am
No they shouldn't monitor anything unless it's a serious criminal
2016-11-02 1:48 am
No
2016-11-02 1:12 am
Nope
2016-11-02 12:53 am
To be honest, I know that I'm being a good noodle, so I don't really care because I won't get in trouble for ****. But I do see how that's an invasion of privacy.
2016-11-02 12:27 am
No. But I don't know what to do about it. I guess I should contribute some money to the ACLU and the Center for Constitutional Rights. That might at least slow the government spying. But given today's electronic technologies, I don't know if we'll ever stop it completely.

-- democratic socialist for the Bill of Rights
2016-11-01 11:16 pm
Hell no they don't need to monitor me and no other American unless it's for terrorism. This is "the land of the free.", not "the land of the free as long as we don't know about them violating our/my civil rights that I inherited when I was born in this country. Start letting them bend one law, and they " the government and law enforcement" will bend them all. Just an opinion from a 37 y.o. man who understnds that law enforcement are needed, but still doesn't like none of them. Never will.
2016-11-01 8:12 pm
I have nothing to hide so I really don't care.. But it is an evasion of privacy..
2016-11-01 4:27 pm
No
2016-11-01 1:17 pm
No country ever said they've done that. Yes, they won't say because governments have systems that contain many machines do works for them. They don't have to send it to police. You, we, civilians will never know. If someone exposed out, look at what happened to Snowden.
2016-11-01 12:21 pm
Yes but they know all about you already by facebook and social media stuff, I don't really care because I'm not a criminal
2016-11-01 7:40 am
No I'm not ok with it.
And it's not be sent to the police.
The department or homeland security and other gov. Organizations are storing and analyzing it.
By doing so their committing treason and violating most basic human rights in a terrorist way. It is tyranny.
.....George Orwell was right...
2016-11-01 7:03 am
I don't think anyone would ok, but we already have drones spying on people in their own private property so it wouldn't be surprising.
2016-11-01 6:56 am
Invade privacy no freedom same as prisoner surveillance
2016-11-01 6:26 am
No
2016-11-01 5:55 am
No
2016-11-01 2:07 am
no
2016-11-01 1:46 am
Yes. They're already doing it.
2016-11-01 1:44 am
Sorry to say but the US Government is already doing it all because of the PATRIOTAct "dubya" signed into law & Obozo continued it & when Killary gets in there she will continue this tyrannical act with the stroke of her pen..."keep it moving..nothing to see here folks"
2016-11-01 1:12 am
Yes, because they can find people against what we stand for........it is hard to accept this but due to all that is happening I can understand . Many of our rights have began to crumble over many years but some help keep us safer. They do listen to our calls if you hadn't known it happens.............
2016-10-31 11:52 pm
I can assure you that NO ONE is listening to you yapping on the phone. Do you have ANY idea the man power or computer power it would take to filter and screen every person's phone calls to mom, the pizza delivery and even "weed guy"? It's ridiculous! Settle down and stop swallowing the contents of your drunk uncle's forwarded emails as gospel truth. It's nonsense.
2016-10-31 10:56 pm
Hell no that is a breach of the fourth amendment if they want to do that they need a search warrant.
2016-10-31 10:51 pm
Thanks for putting yourself on our radar.
2016-10-31 10:34 pm
Absolutely not. Just like snail mail and my home, police need a warrant and reasonable cause.
2016-10-31 9:18 pm
Would not do any good to not be OK with it.
2016-10-31 8:37 pm
I don't like the idea of that, but if they did do that, they wouldn't find out anything worth their time, in my case.
2016-10-31 7:18 pm
I don't care if they listen to my phone calls or not. I am happy they do this to prevent tons of terrorists from committing more havoc.
2016-10-31 6:02 pm
I guess you must be the King of all the Idiots if you think the government would include the local police in their criminal acts.
2016-10-31 5:22 pm

2016-10-31 2:49 pm
good joke
2016-10-31 1:32 pm
I honestly don't care. It's not like I'm doing anything super illegal that would matter to them anyway. So basically if you're not guilty who cares whose listening.
2016-10-31 11:49 am
Its totally wrong
2016-10-31 8:46 am
its fine
2016-10-31 8:09 am
In US, i guess no not unless it is privatized, where more things can be hidden. Or waste tax payer dollars. They are probably seeking the people who hate and want to harm citizens.
2016-10-31 5:30 am
Indeed I am not ok to be monitored what ever I talk on the phone and I would be more proud when I get a privilege to be trusted and good citizen!
2016-10-31 5:17 am
OK
2016-10-31 3:42 am
Nope. Throw the skypes down the well🎤

2016-10-31 2:36 am
To answer your question yes bc i have nothing to worry about.
2016-10-30 7:04 pm
well, no privacy. government is after everybody
2016-10-30 7:36 pm
They do not monitor the trillions of phone calls. There is a data base that has who has called who and when,,,same stuff that is on your bill. They search it if you come up as a suspect.
2016-10-30 7:05 pm
no. IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, the government is after you
2016-10-30 9:32 pm
Sure, it's not like they have the right to use it against me. Show me the subpoena, otherwise it is illegally obtained info and not valid in court.
