When I was in middle school a boy tried to frame me for cutting him when he actually walked smack into an open into a locker door. When he was found out he got suspended (nobody apologised to me for the days I was suspended). He then tried to glass my neck with a broken bottle in "revenge." NOBODY TOOK IT SERIOUSLY because we were 12 and 13. That boy grew up to murder and dismember a girl in his dad's garage. If the parents won't call the cops you do it. Call the cops even if they do it. That sort of behaviour needs to be nipped in the bud.
