Did Mark Cuban write off BORROWED money, claim to be a billionaire when he's not and run for POTUS on his business acumen when he's a failure?

Since when has Hillary Rodham Clinton ever been in a position to have her own "tax laws" put into place? First Lady...does not set any policies and also draws no salary; U.S. Senator is one of 100 Senators and it takes either a 51-vote majority in the Senate or a 60-vote majority to pass any piece of legislation that then goes to Reconciliation in order to make the 435-member House bill match up, and then a re-vote for both House and Senate before any passed bill is sent to the President for signing. How is this "HRC's tax laws" that Trump has used to pay no taxes at all for the past 15 years? Why don't YOU "explain"?
