It is a non-issue.
1. Even considered as adultery, it is not a violation of any law.
2. To finalize a contested divorce, the parties simply need to follow the separation order that each of them live separately from each other. Other than that, the Court does not care.

只要辦妥分居手續，分居期間的私人生活是完全自由的，法庭不會干涉。
