Why is my ragu pizza sauce bad?

I bought two of them from Kroger. Both hadn't expired. One tasted bad. So I tasted the other and the same. Hows thats even possible. The expiration date is good! and the two of them. what the hell!!

Most likely that's the ragu you don't like.

When you opened the jar did the lid pop? Sounds like the lid may have popped previous to you buying the sauce and became contaminated. If they did pop when you opened them, then you should probably contact company that produced them and tell them they were spoiled. Save the jars as there will be information on them you will need to give the company.
