When will I get my growth spurt?

I m 16, turned 16 less than a month ago.5 8", although I'm over weight, ~210 although I like to lift weights, go to the gym about 3 to 5 times a week. at my school there is a lot of guys in my class who are 5 10" to 6 5". Although compared to my grade level, 11th I m about average. i feel really short though and I wanted to know when will I get my growth spurt, freshman year I was 5 5"about the same weight maybe even more. My dad is ~5 9" and my mom is 5 5", they are both Mexican. I can't grow chest or facial hair, (my dad doesn't have body hair). I'm pretty hairy downstairs and don't have any leg hair. My voices changed around the age of 14, and sometimes I get voice cracks. How much will I grow my the end of this school year and my full adult height?
