Staying at home mom for two years, i started earning cash this year.
Now W-2 form. It is short term nanny, doing for others who need emergency vacancy such way..

I was paid by cash.
For this year it will around 11k net gross.

Some advised me "just do not report"
But i don't want to do so.

I want to pay tax (though i hate it as all others) if i have to do..

Anyway in my case

1.when should i file for tax?

Next years jan or feb when my husband with w-2 form will file for tax return???

2.is there no way that i can pay now?
I may spend all for stupid reason in macys or jcpenny..so if possible,i want to spend money for tax now.

You file your 2016 1040 tax return beginning in January 2017 and April 15th at the latest. You don't make much money so you should consult a tax advisor in January as to whether it's better to file a joint return with your husband, or file separately. You may find that you make so little money that you don't need to file, given your standard deductions.

If you are making enough money and will need to pay tax at year-end, you are required to make quarterly estimated tax payments to the IRS, and possibly also to your state. At tax time, you are given credit for all your quarterly payments and will receive a refund if you've paid too much -- or will need to pay more tax is you've paid too little.

Your first estimated payment would have been due in April this year (2016), the second on in June, the third in September, and the last in January 2017.

If your net is $11k, you will owe $1400 in Self employment tax in addition to any income tax.

What records do you have for income and expenses? How much money did your husband make? Did you keep a record of who paid you, when, how much, for what and does this match the money deposited in the bank?

Use 1040es form to pay in.

File a joint return with your husband when he files early next year. You're supposed to pay estimated taxes quarterly through the year. You've missed the deadlines for the first 3 quarters. Jan 15 is the lat deadline to file estimated with form 1040ES https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf - mail voucher 4 with your check. You'll owe around 30% or $3300. The above is for federal. If your state or city has an income tax, you'll owe them something too.

You are a very wise person. Do not listen to tax cheaters.Just do the right thing.
You can file as soon as the IRS is receiving returns. Don' go near the stores.

You file at the end of the year, but you need to make estimated payments or you will face tax penalties when you file.

assuming you are married you will be reporting what you made during the year with your husband when he files
anything you made which appears to all be self employment will be reported on Sch C, if you did different things this might require more than one of them
if the net amount on your Sch C(s) is more than $400 you will also use Sch SE to calculate your self employment tax

You can pay now, but you will still have to file between January 1 and April 15.

If you wish to pay now or at any other time before January 1, then you use Form 1040-ES to pay, and then you file at the appropriate time, after January 1.
