I am bilingual, what do you think the best college major for becoming a translator/interpreter?

Your second language

Most colleges don't have a translation/interpretation major, so you are best off just studying the language from which you want to interpret. Afterwards, a national association of interpreters can offer you more information about how to train as an interpreter.

Translation refers to translating on paper --literature, documents, etc.
