Is this a friend??

Okk. I'm going to make the story short. I have a so called friend that so honest and loyal and this and that. I'm having some problems right I ask her can she help me out with $40 and she said oh my husband don't have it. So, I'm like girl I been knowing you for over 10 years and she has master degree in communication you making more I'm just 23 and you is 32 you having more money I'm just a college student. So, she been calling me everyday I don't pick up because I'm busy working or in school or trying to get my situation fix soon as I can because its a like going on its a legal case and she know what I doing and what I'm trying to do and she can't help me with $40. Today I was going to tell her how I feel I'm busy you know going to my problem I'm going with my neighbor that's my home girl she said she will give it to me a girl I been knowing for 1 year or so. Vs my so called friend that been knowing me for 10 years plus. I help people out with more then that. But I have to think they not me. Like how you my friend and I love you and you know what's going on with me and you can't help me out. What you think?
