Low HDL level?

I'm a 25 year old male i dont eat healthy at all lots of sugar and junk foods. I had blood tests and it showed my cholesterol level is normal, my HDL is low at 26 normal is 40-70. I read where HDL levels hasnt been proven to predict complications, but is more of a marker of other levels to become abnormal later. Im guessing low HDL levels means your bad cholesterol can become higher in the future. My triglycerides are just above borderline high at 209 and normal ranges up 199. So having low HDL im assuming is causing my triglycerides to rise. Im just trying to understand this because id like to correct it now and prevent a heart attack at age 50 rather than waiting years and then take action because by then i could have already done damage. Whats your thoughts. I don't have health insurance at the moment or else i would get advice from a doctor.

You are insane and incapable of being rational. All you do is post one attention seeking rant after another pretending to be sick. See a psychiatrist for your real problem.

As a simple example:

LDL and HDL are fat transport vehicles. LDL basically takes fat from the body and puts into the blood. HDL take fat from the blood and puts it back into the body.

Fat in the blood is bad. It can clog arteries, form plaques, etc.

While LDL is normal, your low HDL is not pulling the fat out enough to match LDL.
