HCl + NaOH → NaCl + H₂O
OR: Mole ratio HCl : NaOH = 1 : 1

No. of mill-moles of HCl = (0.0200 mmol/mL) × (35.00 mL) = 0.700 mmol
No. of mill-moles of NaOH = 0.700 mmol
Molarity of NaOH solution = (0.700 mmol) / (30.00 mL) = 0.0233 M
