I have so many scary bug encounters in MY room and MY room only.
You guys have no idea how TERRIFIED I am of bugs. I CANT HELP IT. I know they won't harm me but I'm TERRIFIED. T E R R I F I E D. In fact I would rather have a meteor crash into esrth or be attacked by a freaking clown.
It's annoying because my room is clean but TODAY i found one crawling on my floor and one on my BACKPACK. It was so SCARY and I don't wanna use my backpack tomorrow cause what if there's more inside?? The worst part is, my mom gets pissed cause she thinks I'm being dramatic but in reality I cannot help this fear.
How do I get rid of these terrifying creaturss ugh IM ON THE VERGE OF TEARS
So many bugs in my room and I'm terrified?

Your mother needs to be more understanding. You have a severe phobia, and it might be worth going to a therapist for this, as bugs are everywhere and you can't live like that for the rest of your life.

I have the same issue in my bedroom so I usually just have some bug spray. I spray the inside of a cup and put it over the bug, then it dies and I don't have to touch it.

I read that if you keep a mint plant in your room and/or a tea bag you will have no more bugs.
