Do iPads have a Guest Mode vs. Admin. Distinction in Them?

I know on PCs with Windows, you can login as an administrator or guest.

Is there a parallel in Apple products? I have an iPAD at home.

You can make the app store an account that the other user wont know so they cant install apps

No, iPads have either no security or one user can set a passcode for access. There is no provision for multiple profiles on an iPad or iPhone.

iPad: No. It is a single user device. You are expected to buy another device for other people.
