All puppies need the same things, just in different sizes.

There is no such thing as a hypo-allergenic dog.
As for what you need, a crate, a dog bed, food and water bowl, and a brush to brush it with to prevent matting.
A trip to the vet as soon as you get the dog for a wellness check.
Good quality puppy food.

And of course, virtually every book on raising & training PUPPIES also will LIST what you will NEED... but Gee, you might actually have to do some WORK or reading.

No such thing as a hypoallergenic dog of any Type, breed and/or lack of breed.

Perhaps an older dog that may have some training.

Puppies are not only a lot of work for experienced people but the stress for the inexperienced is enormous.

Puppies from reputable breeders should not leave until eight weeks of age, preferably nine to ten weeks.

I don't know about the supplies for the breed but you should get a puppy. It does require time and patience but older dogs might have some problems from earlier in their life. You start out new with a puppy (dur) and they wouldn't have been rescued from an abusive household and be afraid of a specific "type" of person. My neighbors used to have a husky mix that they rescued, he was abused before they got him. He attacked their son twice. Its always good to rescue a dog or get an older dog but you never know what situations they have been in and that's probably too much for a new dog owner to deal with.
