Different.
They're functionally identical and genetically identical, but the cytokinesis process isn't going to divide cytosol and organelles exactly.

During cytokinesis, asexual reproduction is used to form two identical cells from the parent cell. They are identical. The only time a cell becomes non identical is when a sperm unites with a egg and uses crossing over
