Physics. Why the water flow along the pipe will contribute pressure on the wall of the pipe which is parallel to the direction of flow?

Please give me more information and explanation. I would like a concrete formula of the pressure exerted. You can give me a website of the derivation etc

Pressure has a property that it exerts in ALL directions. Hence, there is pressure exerted onto the pipe wall irrespective the water is flowing or not. https://www.princeton.edu/~asmits/Bicycle_web/pressure.html
