That particular year can have either fuel injection, or carburation. Fuel injected will be in the tank, carbureted will be on the side of the block (motor).

It is in the gas tank. You access it under the back seat without needing to remove the gas tank.

It's not an electric car... It's most likely in the gas tank. If it's not working, try to test the relay switch first.
