I need to make 10 ml of a 10 mM NaOH solution. I have a 1 M stock. How many ul of the stock do I need to use?
回答 (2)
M₁ = 1 M, V₁ = ?
M₂ = 10 mM = 0.01 M, M₂ = 10 ml = 10,000 μl
M₁ V₁ = M₂ V₂
(1 M) × V₁ = (0.01 M) × (10,000 μl)
Volume of stock used = 0.01 × 10,000 / 1 μl = 100 μl
Convert units to M or mM so they are the same. 10 mM = 0.01 M
(x ml)(1 M) = (10 ml)(0.01 M)
x = 0.1 ml = 100 ul
