healthy white fish to eat i have swai and idk if its healthy or not but what are healthy white fish to eat for my diet?

Swai is actually not really good for you.

Swai is usually code for catfish, and well... what catfish do is go along the bottom of bodies of water, and clean the waters by sucking in the pollutants themselves. That is great for the water, but not so good for us when we catch and eat them!

I actually don't know much about white water fish: I prefer the fattier fish myself to eat and know their benefits. I just know that swai is not good: try another one.
