do i have hemorrhoids?

so i have this pink/ purple thing on my anus its really really small like 3mm and it doesnt hurt. I never have blood when im on the toilet. It doesnt bother me. But im not sure if thats a hemorrhoid because i eat a lot of hot food. I think it may be just some excess skin or something. Does this provide enough info?
